Captain is both a moving company & broker-Denise fully informed is she was subcontracting our move to one of their partners. US Safe Moving were great! Kate offered excellent CS. For those that do not know, you pay a deposit to Captain, then a pick up fee to the subcontractor when loading (we all tend to add more stuff) then the final balance on delivery.
