AS THE CUSTOMER YOU AGREE TO PAY THE TOTAL CHARGES FOR MOVING COORDINATOR SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY CAPTAIN. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR DEPOSIT/FEE REPRESENTS ONLY A PORTION OF YOUR TOTAL ESTIMATED SERVICE CHARGES. DUE TO SCHEDULING AND ROUTING REASONS YOUR DEPOSIT/FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE, UNLESS YOU NOTIFY CAPTAIN IN WRITING WITHIN 72 HOURS AFTER E-SIGNING THE “MOVING ESTIMATE”  PLEASE SEND US EMAIL TO INFO@MYCAPTAINSHIP.COM HOURS OF E-SIGNING THE ESTIMATE, YOU ARE ONLY ENTITLED TO RECEIVE A CREDIT OF YOUR DEPOSIT FOR FUTURE INTERSTATE MOVING SERVICES TO BE USED BY THE CARDHOLDER WITHIN A 12 MONTH PERIOD FROM THE DATE OF CANCELLATION. ALL DEPOSITS WILL SHOW ON YOUR BILLING CYCLE AS CAPTAIN, REGION 1 TO REGION 24.  ALL CREDIT CARD REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED ON YOUR NEXT BILLING STATEMENT.
